LeRon gives a talk at Los Altos Chamber of Commerce

In May of 2019, I was given the opportunity to speak at The Los Altos Chamber of Commerce about discrimination in tech. I spoke on how culture fit is used as a reason to not hire people of other races and genders. I had a wonderful time and I am happy that we were able to have a good conversation about a crucial topic. Check it out.
